These guys do an amazing job from diagnosing to repair. They even give you a detailed report on each inspection as well, especially with checking up on each small problem your vehicle may have. I do enjoy the loaner vehicle service that they provide for each repair. Keep up the excellent work at Rob’s Import Repair!

I just stopped in to check out the folks at Rob’s. What a friendly bunch of professionals. Jason is the man to ask for. He took me on a shop tour and explained all the capabilities of the shop. I got to meet and talk with the mechanic that would do my required repairs. This is truly folks that are interested on their customers needs. CHECK THEM OUT.

Jason was a fantastic help from the start! I had originally gone in because my car was leaking coolant, only to find out that my Mini had numerous issues not acknowledged by the dealer I purchased it from. Jason did his best to help on price and was extremely professional throughout the entire experience. I fully trust everyone here, and the quality of the work was excellent. Robs Imports continues to impress me with their professionalism, work quality and customer care. I brought my problematic Audi to them with a list of concerns that the Audi dealership could not fix. They not only checked over the entire car for a full report, they diagnosed my concerns very quickly. I had been battling the dealership to get these noises checked out for MONTHS with no answers or fixes. The guys at Rob’s had me back in my car driving PERFECT in 2 days. 2 days. HUGE Thank you and kudos to this team. I won’t bring my car anywhere else.

Rob’s was suggested to me as I was facing a rather major repair. I gave them a call and from the very get go I felt they were great. They provided me with up front pricing on the initial investigation… Once they had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle, their service advisor was spectacular with getting me a compressive report of issues and a service recommendation.They were also great at letting me know if they found other issues and providing me with relevant information on anything found.Their service advisor was very good at “breaking the news” as I doubt anyone is happy about hearing how much a car repair is going to be. Overall unless I have a dealer warranty Rob’s is now my place of service.

Other than the audi dealership, there are only 2 quality repair shops in this area. Coming from the “other” shop I can tell you Robs is way more professional, extremely knowledgeable. Jason was awesome. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. They take pictures of area to be repaired and have an awesome repair summary that goes in depth with all information you need.I highly recommend Robs!!

Rob’s imports is above the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with. I’ve never brought my vehicles to a place that I felt integrity and honesty along with professionalism and quality assurance strides at the top of the list. Rob’s imports is more than a service/repair shop they have your neighborhood kindness to take care of you and your vehicle and save you money along the way. They take pictures of findings they have with the vehicle instead of just telling you what’s wrong. If your looking for a place don’t hesitate to check Rob’s imports out. From my personal experiences I’ve never seen better.

Rob’s services all my vehicles. We have a 2003 Pontiac Vibe, 2003 Honda Pilot, 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 and a 2013 Subaru Outback. Each vehicle gets the exact same attention to detail. They always make sure we are informed before making costly decisions and they don’t push for stuff which lines their pockets at the cost of the customer. I love Rob’s!!!!!

I recently purchased my favorite year and series BMW from a shady car dealership so I knew what I was getting myself into. I brought the vehicle to Rob’s because my Service Engine Soon light came on 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle. I asked if they would do a full front to back inspection, which came back very detailed, including pictures. It also notified me of what I should have known was coming. The vehicle had all sorts of issues, Randy walked me through each area of concern and provided me with a quote to complete all the work. I decided to go balls deep and have them fix everything they found, to the tune of almost $5k. While most would be upset, I am excited to have the peace of mind that a well reputable mechanic shop made these repairs so I know they are done right. After two service appointments they were able to get me back on the road, and the cars performance is noticeably much better! I chose Rob’s because of the amount of 5 star reviews, now I know why they have 5 star reviews. Professional, thorough, fair and honest, 4 words you rarely get to use when describing a repair shop. I would definitely recommend Rob’s Import Repair to anyone who is unsure of where to bring their vehicle for service.
